Although it was a day off, on the 6th of October 2019, staff members of the Faculty of Nursing at Mansoura University and the Thinking Matters Training Team decided to run a training day. It was a very successful day, we together spent the whole day discussing the "Second Pathway: Questioning for Enquiry" of the Faculty of Nursing journey to become accredited as a "Thinking Organisation". We, together, practiced in How, When and Why the process of questioning should be operated, to improve thinking skills of learners. Different learning strategies were also brought up throughout the day. Enthusiasm and full engagement were obvious.
